Today, I’m bringing you something a bit interesting – another review! This time, I take on “Wii Street U” – which is a brand new app, released onto the Wii U e-Shop on February 14th, 2013.
Wii Street U – which was developed by Nintendo and Google ~ is a modified version of Google Maps, which puts more emphasis on the “Street View” feature. By using the second screen of the Wii U Gamepad, along with the controller’s built-in gyroscope, players can get a full 360-degree view of the world around them, and take virtual walks all over the world – from the comfort and privacy of their home.
It may only be the Wii U version of Google Maps, but it certainly is far from being a boring distraction. It’s actually quite an immersive experience, that I give a thumbs too!
